Three last things before 2015!

So, that’s another year over. I’m having a “gathering” tonight and I still haven’t cleaned the flat (oops) so this will most likely be my last post of the year.  So it’s a round-up of three things that I wanted to post about before then.

The first is that I changed my theme.  I’m still using free themes and so on because I know less than nothing about how to customise this site.  I also definitely don’t have £70 or whatever to spare to go premium.  I’m aware I could purchase my own domain or something but… I don’t even know how that works.  With that in mind, let me know what you think!

Secondly, I’ll be taking part in the 12th Bout of Books next week! For those that don’t know about it:

Bout of Books

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 5th and runs through Sunday, January 11th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 12 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. – From the Bout of Books team

I’ve not made any specific goals yet – and I might not make any at all – but I’m looking forward to joining in for the first time!

And the third thing was that I wanted to wish you all a wonderful new year!  This has been a mixed year for me – but I suspect most of them are for most people – but I’m looking forward to all the highs and lows of the coming months.  Hopefully this blog will be one of the highs!

All the best!
